Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability and timing vary by location and product type.

• Dubai: 2-4 business days after order confirmation
• Abu Dhabi: 3-5 business days after order confirmation
• Sharjah: 2-4 business days after order confirmation
• Northern Emirates: 4-7 business days after order confirmation
• Remote Areas: Additional 1-2 days may apply

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination, product size, and order total. Specific delivery costs are communicated during the inquiry response phase.

For orders above AED 10,000, we offer free standard delivery to major emirates. Terms and conditions apply.

Product Handling

All machines are carefully packaged for safe transport. Commercial-grade equipment may require specialized handling and vehicles. Our delivery team will coordinate with you to arrange a suitable delivery time and location.

Please inspect the delivery upon receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery confirmation before signing. Report damage claims within 24 hours of delivery.

Installation Service

Installation services are available on request for an additional fee. Our technical team can assist with setup, calibration, and basic training for your equipment.

Installation services are currently available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Contact us to arrange installation for other emirates.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your inquiry is confirmed, our team will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery date that suits your availability. We offer morning and afternoon delivery time slots on weekdays. Weekend deliveries can be arranged for an additional fee.
