30-Day Functional Warranty

All equipment purchased through GCC Sell Machines is covered by a 30-day functional warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

• Mechanical failures resulting from manufacturing defects
• Electrical component failures under normal use conditions
• Failures that prevent basic operation of the equipment

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or handling
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic wear and tear including scratches, dents, and fading
• Damage from power surges, moisture, or environmental factors
• Vintage machines: cosmetic restoration needs and collectible value depreciation
• Consumable components such as fuses, bulbs, and adjustment springs

Return Eligibility

Equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The equipment does not match the specifications confirmed in writing
• The equipment arrives with damage that was not visible at time of delivery
• The equipment fails to function as described within the warranty period

To initiate a return, contact us within the applicable window with your order reference and description of the issue. Returns are subject to verification by our technical team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Vintage and antique machines — all sales are final unless covered by warranty claim
• Equipment that has been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Items specifically procured or customized to order
• Items with physical damage, misuse, or neglect

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as credit toward future purchases, at our discretion.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a valid warranty claim.

Extended Warranty
